Our stay had some bright moments, like the really clean rooms and the engaging activities for kids, but it was overshadowed by some inconvenient service issues and a chaotic atmosphere, particularly in the water park area. While the staff was generally friendly, the management's response to our concerns left much to be desired, especially considering the high price we paid for our stay.

Our trip to the lodge had its highs and lows. The location and water park were enjoyable and well-staffed, but I was disappointed with some aspects, including the food and service inconsistencies. While the room was clean, the loud clicking noise from the fan kept us awake, and some amenities were out of order. Overall, it had its moments but wasn't the dream vacation I had hoped for.
